Program Grants 2020 - TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

THE PROGRAM GRANT CYCLE FOR THE SUMMER OF 2020 HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO THE LACK OF FUNDING SOURCES NORMALLY MADE POSSIBLE BY PAYROLL DEDUCTION PROGRAMS AT BUSINESSES IMPACTED BY CLOSURES DURING THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC. WE WILL PROVIDE UPDATED INFORMATION AS IT BECOMES AVAILABLE BY MEANS OF THIS WEB SITE, EMAIL AND/OR OTHER MEANS. WE APOLOGIZE AND TRUST YOU UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION WE ALL FIND OURSELVES.

As of Monday, April 29, 2019, the 2019 River Fund Grant Program is open and accepting applications through May 23, 2019. The Program Grants Committee will be enforcing the grant application due date which has been set for 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2019, NO EXCEPTIONS. Application and Funding Stipulations are available by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page.

We will be unable to review any grant applications received after the established time and date for final submission. The review and award time line is as follows:

  • April 29, 2019 ~ Grant Application Announcement;
  • May 31, 2019 ~ Grant Application Due Date;
  • Week of June 3, 2019 ~ Grant Committee meets to review applications & make recommendations;
  • Board of Directors to make final determination on recipients within five (5) days following Committee meeting; and
  • Award letters and grant checks mailed no later than June 20, 2019

Completed applications and questionnaires must be mailed or hand delivered to the River Fund corporate office, 55 Civic Way, Laughlin, Nevada 89029. Applications submitted by email will be rejected.

Please note that if your organization has received grant funding in the past from River Fund and there have been no changes in the past two years to you organizations legal status or corporate documents that we have on file, please only forward us the amendments, changes and current budget documents. There is no reason to duplicate what we already have on file.
